Senne Company's
project management philosophy calls for assigning project responsibility to a
project manager. The project manager’s responsibility is for contract
performance that meets our clients expectations. The project manager is
selected from a group of managers having experience in major commercial and
industrial construction projects. Each project is assigned an experienced
superintendent and appropriate number of field personnel to effectively
direct the project.
All contracts, billings,
payments, and contract administrative procedures are handled by our home
office in Kansas. Accounting, project management,
and financial applications are run by GEAC/Starbuilder commercial systems,
networked with our CPA firm. This accurate and comprehensive job costing
system provides timely and detailed cost information so that our project
management team is updated on a regular basis on project progress and goals.
This provides an ongoing check and balance
system for each project.
